FIFA World Cup 26 — Trophy, Broadcast Graphics & Awards
For the FIFA World Cup 26, produced with Munich-based studio Velvet, I worked across 3D and motion design on the tournament's broadcast graphics system — the visual language carrying the trophy, half-time activations and award moments across every match of the tournament. At the center of the package is the trophy itself: a full CGI build refined shot by shot, with particle and light passes tuned for broadcast. A "26" ident system renders the trophy encaged in glowing tournament-colour linework — the connective thread running through countdowns, holding loops and on-air separators. Beyond the trophy, the work extended to half-time activations for host nations Canada, Mexico and the USA, a broadcast wipe transition, and the award look for the Fair Play trophy and partner-branded pieces — rendered as standalone hero objects in the same gold, light-driven language as the tournament trophy. Built in Cinema 4D with Redshift, composited in After Effects.
